A Norfolk theatre company is aiming to prove that live drama needn’t be an impossible thing in the time of corona, with a new outdoor tour.

Strange Fascination Theatre cancelled their planned 2020 production of Treasure Island at the start of the pandemic.

But following the Government’s relaxation of roles on live entertainment, they have been working to revive their 2017 production of Alice In Wonderland for a five night tour of Norfolk in August.

The open air performances will have socially distanced audiences, but the company are promising “puppets, big props and larger than life characters with songs and audience interaction” to help people feel part of the action.

They are also encouraging audience members to dress up as their favourite character.
